Sunday

We went to church today. I love the warm hugs and greetings, and I am so happy to see friends I don't see during the week. I am so blessed to sit and listen to our pastor's message, and sing songs in worship to our King. Today we sang a song that touches my heart.

Lord, I Need You

Lord I come, I confess
Bowing here I find my rest
Without You I fall apart
You're the one that guides my heart

Lord, I need You, oh I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You

Where sin runs deep, Your grace is more
Where grace is found is where You are
And where You are Lord I am free
Holiness is Christ in me
Yes where You are Lord I am free
Holiness is Christ in me

So teach my song to rise to You
When temptation comes my way
And when I cannot stand I'll fall on You
Jesus You're my hope and stay
And when I cannot stand I'll fall on You
Jesus You're my hope and stay

I love traditional hymns, and I love some lyrics to contemporary worship songs. This one is a combination of both.

After church I came home and listened to my sister's pastor's sermon online. I chose his message on "The Purpose of The Law". I learned so much from it. You can find the message  *Here*.  I then spent a little time to find blogs created by christian women. I found a couple. You can look at one *Here*.  I then talked to my uncle Andy, aunt Doyleen, my mom and dad over the internet for a while. I am grateful for the internet; one can do and find beautiful things through it. This has been a blessed Sunday. I think I will listen to another message from my sister's pastor before I go to bed for the night.

I pray all your days will be blessed by filling them with good thoughts, activities and most of all living for Jesus Christ.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.            Philippians 4:8
